These listings will be aggregated into a dedicated “Tai Po Fire Support” Collection launching on the homepage this Monday, 2 December.
For those wishing to offer assistance, listings can be included in the initiative by adding #大埔火災支援 in the listing title and changing item amount to $0.
Residents or volunteers seeking specific resources may also create listings detailing their needs. Users are advised to include “Wanted” or ”需求” along with the hashtag #大埔火災支援 in the listing title.
While the curated collection is being prepared for Monday, the #大埔火災支援 hashtag is fully functional. Users looking for supplies can search this hashtag on the platform to find existing real-time listings.
The community is encouraged to list essential items that are practical for immediate relief and temporary accommodation, such as:
- Toiletries
- Clean bedding and warm clothing
- Offers of free transport/moving services
To respect the dignity of those going through this difficult time, donors are kindly requested to ensure that all items are clean and in good working condition.

Carousell 見到不少港人自發希望能向鄰里伸出援手。為方便受影響街坊及義工團體更容易搜尋物資，平台將透過標籤 #大埔火災支援 統一整合 民眾有意願捐贈的商品。這些物資將會匯集於本週一（12 月 2 日）在主頁推出的「大埔火災支援」專區。
有意提供協助的有心人，可在自己在Carousell上既有的產品標題中加入 #大埔火災支援,及把價格改為”免費贈送“。
如受影響街坊或義工急需特定物資，亦可建立刊登列明需求。建議用戶在標題中註明「需求」字眼，並加上 #大埔火災支援 標籤。
雖然特設專區將於週一正式推出，但 #大埔火災支援 標籤功能現已啟用。急需物資的用戶即日起已可透過搜尋此標籤，尋找現有的即時援助。
