Winners were selected from a shortlist of over 200 finalists based on their platform performance, such as listing quality, reviews, responsiveness, and proven track record.
The term ‘Caroupreneur’—a portmanteau of ‘Carousell’ and ‘entrepreneur’— encapsulates the spirit of the awards to recognize and support small business owners and individuals who have transformed their passion for buying and selling secondhand items into thriving ventures on the platform.

This edition of Caroupreneur Awards added new award categories to recognise industry leaders who have gone above and beyond for consumers in their respective fields — Consumer Advocate Award, Customer-Centric Service Award, and Customer Satisfaction Award. These awards celebrate companies who are aligned with our values of “user-first approach” by prioritising customer needs and building trust.
Winner of the Consumer Advocate Award and Superstar Broker Awardee of Antipolo Mr Gian Carlo Bero of @carloberofli said: “I am deeply grateful to Carousell for helping me achieve significant milestones in my career.
